National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics

The Mentoring Program commences in June and includes an annual meet-and-greet at the NACDA Convention and concludes the following May. With the hopes that veteran administrators who understand the hardships and rewards of balancing life and work in the industry, would be able to share knowledge and experiences with young professionals, to ultimately shape the future of college athletics and young administrators just starting out. Participants are encouraged to communicate at least once a month and to witness a campus visit by the mentee to the mentor AD's institution during the academic year.
