Each property's reservation link below can be used to manage existing reservations, but new reservations can no longer be secured at the group rate via these links. Questions regarding existing reservations or Orlando hotel accommodations can be directed to events@nacda.com.

A non-refundable deposit is required on any reservation: Guests who are making a reservation for one (1) night only will be charged a non-refundable deposit of one (1) night room and tax at the time of the booking. Guests who are making a reservation for two (2) or more nights will be charged a non-refundable deposit of two (2) nights room and tax at the time of booking. Non-refundable deposit policy: Deposits for any reservations booked between the Convention registration launch date and March 23 will be processed the week of March 24. The guest will receive an initial email confirmation immediately upon booking the reservation, and will receive a separate email with the deposit receipt once processed. Any reservations secured after this initial deposit processing window will be processed on a weekly basis until the reservation cutoff date of May 1.
Do not make a hotel reservation through any third-party company pretending to be acting on behalf of NACDA. NACDA manages the reservation process internally and does not work with another booking/travel company.
