(formerly Rookie of the Year)
Formerly known as the Rookie of the Year Award, the CABMA Emerging Leader Award recognizes up to three individuals annually for their significant contributions to the organization and their commitment to advancing the profession of intercollegiate athletics. Recipients will have demonstrated a strong desire to improve the field through active involvement in CABMA committees. In addition, awardees will be provided opportunities for professional growth through exclusive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) workshops and other professional development initiatives.
