CLEVELANDÂ
– The
National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A) is proud to announce the 2026 N4A Opportunities Scholarship Recipients!
"The Opportunities Scholarship reflects N4A's continued commitment to investing in professionals who are doing critical, student-centered work in an era where access to professional development resources is increasingly limited by institutional constraints rather than a lack of talent, drive, or impact," said Dr. Stephon Fuqua, N4A 2nd Vice President. "The strength and diversity of this year's applicant pool reinforced not only the growing demand for meaningful support, but also the extraordinary depth of leadership, innovation, and commitment that exists across our membership. With the support of the N4A Board of Directors, our 2026 scholarship recipients will have the opportunity to fully engage in the National Convention experience, expand their professional networks, and continue developing the skills, perspective, and confidence necessary to advance student-athlete support across the industry. We are deeply grateful to Stryker for their partnership with N4A and their continued investment in making this opportunity possible and accessible for our members."
In an effort to support the development, engagement, and attendance at the 2026 National Convention, N4A offered 12 scholarships covering hotel and convention registration expenses to members from Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU), Predominantly Black Institutions (PBI), Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving (AANAPISI) Institutions Program, Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSI), Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCU), Native American-Serving Nontribal Institutions (NASNTI), Low Resource Institutions (LRI), Two-Year Colleges., and members employed at institutions experiencing financial hardship.
