Nick Strah Promoted to Vice President

CLEVELAND (January 8, 2026) – The National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and Chief Executive Officer Pat Manak announced that Nick Strah has been promoted to Vice President, effective immediately.

One of seven former NACDA interns now currently serving the Association in a full-time capacity, Strah returned to the National Office in April 2022 as Director. Most recently, he was promoted to Senior Director in 2024. He is the primary liaison for NAATSO, NACMA, NAIA-ADA and ICLA.

"Nick is the ultimate team player, and we are fortunate he is part of our team," said Manak. "It has been inspiring to witness his professional and personal growth over the last 10 years since his internship – he has been a core piece of the puzzle for the NACDA Family as we have strengthened our foundation while expanding our reach."

During his tenure, Strah has been instrumental in the progression and success of the four Affiliate Associations that fall under his supervision, including enhanced member benefits, expansion of leadership opportunities and creative collaboration with corporate sponsors.

Prior to NACDA, Strah served in a variety of roles in Championships and Alliances at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in Indianapolis from 2016-22.
