N4A Leadership Announcement

CLEVELAND – The National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A) is excited to announce three new division directors and a new director for the 2025-2027 term of service.
 
The N4A Board of Directors has elected Cassaundra Thorpe (University of Wisconsin-Madison), George Midgett (North Carolina State University), and Max Krieger (University of Oklahoma) as the three newest division directors. In addition, Casey Stark (University of Bridgeport) has been elected as director.

Thorpe will serve as the division director for student-athlete enhancement, Midgett will serve as the division director of diversity, equity & inclusion, Krieger will serve as the division director for academic & learning services, and Stark will serve as the director of external partnerships.

Division directors/directors are responsible for oversight of committees and for reporting all critical developments to the board of directors and executive committee. In addition, division directors are expected to advise committee and working group chairs in accordance with the strategic plan as well as encourage efficiency and collaboration while developing emerging leaders within N4A.
