N4A Consulting 360 is grounded in a clear mission: leveraging the expertise of N4A professionals to deliver cost-effective evaluation and assessment services that strengthen institutional efforts in academic and student-athlete development.

Led by the Division Director of Institutional Services, the program oversees the full lifecycle of institutional support, from recruiting, selecting, and training N4A consultants to ensuring the highest quality of services delivered. This includes developing new offerings, refining existing programs to align with NCAA legislation, and responding to emerging needs across the industry.

The Division Director also reviews and approves all final reports generated through Program Reviews, Academic Integrity Assessments, and SADev 360, ensuring each institution receives a thorough, accurate, and actionable evaluation. In partnership with NACDA, the director promotes these services to campus leadership and key stakeholders throughout the collegiate athletics landscape.
