Division 2 Athletics Directors Association (D2 ADA) has selected
Dr. Michael McFarland, director of athletics at Bloomsburg University, to serve as President for the 2024-25 membership year.
"I am humbled and grateful to serve as the D2ADA President this year," said McFarland. "It is truly an honor to work with a tremendous Board and group of officers, along with the entire NACDA family. I look forward to supporting the Division, my colleagues, student-athletes, coaches, staff, and campuses in this role. I aspire to guide the association while honoring the tremendous leaders who served before me."

McFarland takes over for Past President,Â
Kirby Garry, director of athletics at Cal State Monterey Bay. Serving alongside McFarland will be:
- 1st Vice President Traci Murphy, director of athletics at Daemen University;
- 2nd Vice President Jenn Bell, director of athletics at Converse University; and
- 3rd Vice President Clyde Doughty, director of athletics at Bowie State University.
D2 ADA welcomes six new directors of athletics to the 2024-25 Board of Directors:
- Nate Burton, West Virginia State University (MEC);
- Mark Corino, Caldwell University (CACC);
- Matt Howdeshell, University of Central Missouri (MIAA);
- Chase Licata, College of Staten Island (ECC);
- Joan McDermott, Colorado Mesa University (RMAC); and
- Tony O'Neal, Claflin University (CIAA)
The remainder of the 2024-25 D2 ADA Board of Directors consists of:
