CLEVELAND – Due to the overwhelming interest of corporate attendees seeking interaction and engagement with collegiate athletics administrators, the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) has announced that its Call for Proposals is now open for the 2024 NACDA & Affiliates Convention, June 9-12, at Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas.

NACDA strives to continue to enhance the educational and networking opportunities available for institutional members and sponsors and exhibitors alike. As a result, the Association has created new offerings as part of the Division I Administrators programming, accepting Convention session proposals from corporate individuals for the first time.

There will be a limited series of 30-minute time slots available on Monday, June 10 and Tuesday, June 11. Sponsors, exhibitors and corporate attendees are invited to submit their educational session proposal ideas using THIS LINK.

In order for a proposal to be considered, the sponsor/exhibitor/corporate attendee must meet/agree to the following criteria:
  • Agree to pay the $15,000 sponsorship fee within 30 days of receipt of the invoice
  • Will work with NACDA on an agreeable topic and adhere to the 30-minute time slot
  • Understands that there cannot be more than four (4) panelists featured on a session, and it must include at least one athletics administrator that the corporate attendee is currently working with
  • Best efforts will be used to ensure the panel is diverse from a cultural and background pExhibitHall22Overhead_640_2573065.pngerspective
By submitting a proposal HERE, you agree to the conditions listed above.

NACDA will review the submissions and make selections based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevance and diversity of subject matter. All individuals that submit a proposal will be notified regarding their status at the appropriate time.

The deadline to submit session proposals is Friday, December 15.

Please note: If selected, this asset will make the chosen company a 2024 NACDA Convention sponsor and will include four (4) Convention registrations. NACDA will not pay for the cost of travel, lodging or meal expenses for the selected panelists.

If you have any questions regarding the Call for Proposals, issues with the survey or additional materials you believe would be relevant to the selection process, please contact Chris Green in the NACDA Office at cgreen@nacda.com.
