DI-AAA ADA Announces All-Sports Trophy Winner!

CLEVELAND – For the first time in 10 years, Pepperdine University is taking home the Division I-AAA Athletics Directors Association (DI-AAA ADA) All-Sports Trophy.

This marks the fourth time the Waves have earned this honor, second only to the University of Denver in All-Sports Trophy collections. Joining Pepperdine to round out the top three are Providence College and Gonzaga University, respectively.

"On behalf of I-AAA ADA, I would like to congratulate the Pepperdine Waves for their All-Sports championship this year," said Simon Gray, DI-AAA ADA president and current director of athletics at Niagara University. "After finishing second last year, Pepperdine continued its run of athletics excellence and topped a list of highly-successful athletics programs in this comprehensive metric. I would also like to congratulate Providence and Gonzaga on outstanding performances this year."

Over the course of 2021-22, the All-Sports Trophy top-three finishers placed as follows in the Division I Learfield IMG College Directors' Cup: Pepperdine placed 62nd with 375.00 points, Providence took home 245.00 points to claim 79th place, and Gonzaga landed in 84th place with 227.00 points.
