Panel Description
This session is intended for attorneys and risk management professionals working in or alongside intercollegiate athletics. Panelists will address COVID-19 legal considerations and share ideas to help with implementing practical health and well-being strategies. They will also provide useful legal information about the evolving concussion safety space, including best practices for campuses, ongoing litigation and compliance with the Arrington settlement agreement. Â
