International Collegiate Licensing Association (ICLA) is proud to announceÂ
Dot Sheehan as the 2020 Hall of Fame inductee.
Sheehan will formally be inducted into the ICLA Hall of Fame at theÂ
#ICLA2020Â Awards Luncheon, Monday, June 8 at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.
"You'd be hard-pressed to find anyone more deserving of this award than Dot Sheehan. She has proven herself as an innovator and continues to be a game changer within the collegiate licensing industry. Â On behalf of the ICLA Board of Directors and the Hall of Fame Selection Committee, I would like to congratulate Dot on this recognition," said ICLA PresidentÂ

Dot Sheehan has been a leader in collegiate licensing for nearly 30 years, both on a campus and with a collegiate related brand. As Founder, President and CEO of Operation Hat Trick (OHT), Sheehan has created a brand that has grown into a multi-million-dollar business and is globally recognized. The organization has donated over $1.6 million since being founded in 2008, with the money directly benefiting U.S. military support organizations across the country.
- Sheehan was president of Sheehan Sports Marketing – a consulting firm that represented professional athletes on the marketing side of their lives. Sheehan was one of the first female "agents" in sports and has continued to work with women whose goals are to have a career in sports. In addition, she forged partnerships with corporations whose goals were to have their brand partnered with sports.
- Sheehan also served as the senior associate athletics director for external relations at the University of New Hampshire for almost 20 years.
- OHT is a non-profit organization that "supports the recovery of wounded service members and veterans through the sale of OHT branded merchandise".
- OHT's brand and mission is embraced by more than 500 colleges and universities in all 50 states, 165 high schools, 21 National Hockey League teams, 30 Minor League Baseball teams, 15 National Basketball Association teams, and over 100 companies like Sig Saucer, Red River Technology, Texas Roadhouse/Bubba's 33, AdvoCare, Sig Saucer, Wilcox Industries, the Lids Foundation, The George W. Bush Center and others.
- In 2012 Sheehan was award the UNH Alumni Association Profile of Service Award for contributions made to the university.
- In 2013 Sheehan also received the Innovators' Award for her vision and work with OHT. Sheehan was not only the first female, but also the first UNH staff member to receive this award.
- In 2019 Sheehan became the 10th recipient of the ICLA Service Award.
