How do I renew or pay an invoice?

Log in to the member portal at members.nacda.com to view and pay outstanding invoices and update your personal information or job title.

How do I change who's on our group membership?

Update the individuals listed under your group or institutional membership in the member portal.

I switched institutions. What do I do?

Email membership@nacda.com or call 440-892-4000 to update your account.

When does my membership expire?

All memberships run August 1 through July 31, no matter when you join or renew.
