Jacobs Named President; New Leadership Announced

CLEVELAND – The National Association of Division III Athletic Administrators (NADIIIAA) has announced that Kiki Jacobs, director of athletics at Roger Williams University, will move into the President role for the 2022-23 membership year. Berry College Director of Athletics, Angel Mason, will serve as the Vice President, and Mike Snyder, director of athletics, Pacific Lutheran University will take over as Secretary.

In addition to the above individuals being named to new roles within NADIIIAA, Laura Mooney, director of athletics, Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA), will move into the past secretary role and Dick Rasmussen, executive vice president, University Athletic Association (UAA), will continue as the past executive director.

The following individuals, who were voted on by the membership in the summer, began their at-large member tenures on the Board of Directors:
  • Crystal Gibson (bio), director of athletics & recreation, St. Mary's College
  • Dana Harmon (bio), director of physical education, recreation & athletics, Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI)
  • Matt Tanney (bio), director of athletics, Wabash College
In addition to the above individuals, the NADIIIAA Board includes:
  • Immediate Past President – Lori Runksmeier, athletics director, Eastern Connecticut State University
  • And the At-Large Executive Committee members:
    • Kristofer Schnatz, director of physical education & athletics, U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA)
    • Kellen Wells-Mangold, associate athletics director, University of Wisconsin-River Falls  
    • Corey Borchardt, commissioner, Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC)
